Admin Basics

The admin areas operators use day to day

Phoenix Prediction admin is where operators review the player-facing experience, manage markets, and monitor settlement.

Most operator teams use it for two kinds of work:

  • Commercial and content work: deciding what markets to show, how they are grouped, and how the player-facing experience appears.
  • Operational work: pausing, closing, resolving, reviewing settlement status, and helping support teams investigate player questions.

Experience Changes

Experience changes affect what players see, so treat production changes carefully:

  • Review in staging or a non-production experience key first.
  • Confirm the experience opens correctly from the operator site.
  • Test a visitor view and logged-in player view after changes.
  • Keep compliance/support links current.
