Operator Guides are for the people who run Phoenix Prediction day to day from the back office: content editors, support agents, finance, and the Admin who sets up your team.
Phoenix runs the platform events every operator can show (football fixtures from the data feed, crypto price rounds, questions from Phoenix's desk) and settles them. Your team decides which of them your players see, writes your own events, enters their results, and supports your players.
What Your Team Owns
- Who on your team can do what (Admin, Content, Support, Finance, Viewer)
- Which events your players see, what is featured first, and the order of their category bar
- Your own events: their wording, rules, source, timing and place, and their results
- Suspending your book on a market when something looks wrong
- What Scout looks for, and which of its suggested questions you publish
